There is a 30-day right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day you receive your products (in the package store or at your address)

Cancellations must be notified to us no later than 30 after the purchase and from the cancellation you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after. A message must be sent by email to In the message, you must clearly state that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed and  you pay for the return costs yourself (for customers in Denmark and Sweden please review Return policy on and

1. Send an email to where you state your order number and product/products you like to return.

2. Pack the products safely and send to above adress.

3. When we have received the products, you will receive an email with information that we are processing your return.

4. If your return meets the return conditions, we will refund your purchase. We refund to the same card/payment method as the purchase.

NOTE: It is important that you send your package with delivery to the return adress, and not to service point. We do not receive / pick up packages without delivery to the above address.


You are only responsible for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to other handling than what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, properties and how it works. In other words, you can try the product as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the product has been tested in addition to what is described above, it is considered to be used. Which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you only get back part or none of the purchase price, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to get the full purchase price back, you must therefore try the product without actually using it.

It is your responsibility to store documentation (Tracking and shipping documentation) that you have returned a product to our warehouse and you are responsible for the product until we have received it.


If you regret your purchase within 30 days, you will of course get back the amount you have paid to us.
If the item is used or damaged, the purchase price will not be refunded.

By exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, included the initial shipping cost. But please note we do not cover the return shipping cost.  No later than 14 days after we receive your return package (usually before), you will receive an email from us stating that we have returned the money to the card you purchased. Refunds will only be made after the product has been received at our address and we have checked the condition of the products.


All goods are covered by the Purchase Act’s rules on a 24-month guarantee. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about errors and defects in the product that have occurred within 24 months of purchase. The right to make a complaint does not cover when defects, damage or wear and tear occur due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you discover the defect in the product. You can complain by contacting us via e-mail to Depending on the specific situation, you will receive additional instructions. When contacting us, please indicate in as much detail as possible what the problem is.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your shipping costs for sending the item back to us, as long as you have used the return label we offer.

Remember that the product must always be sent in the correct packaging and that no address label or packing tape may be affixed to the product itself or its original packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping. You are responsible for the package / goods until our receipt. Therefore save postal receipt incl. information on shipping costs and tracking number.
