The decorative cushion Mikkel from Røros Tweed is woven in Norway from 100% Norwegian wool. The Mikkel series was launched at ICFF in New York in 2015 and was named best textile at the ICFF Editors Awards. The design combine a geometric pattern, inspired by the Bauhaus movement with Norwegian weaving traditions. The cushion is made in modern colors, and this pastel version is one of the news from Røros Tweed.
Mikkel is designed by Kristine Five Melvær and pillows from Røros Tweed are a 100% Nordic quality product.
