ORDERING & VAT

Please note that the item will not be reserved when you put it in the basket. It may therefore happen that the item has been sold out when you arrive at the checkout. To guarantee your order, you must complete the order.

At nordicwool.com prices are in Euro (EUR) and stated incl. VAT. For countries outside EU the VAT will be removed in the checkout. Please note that customers from outside the EU must expect that they will be charged local VAT or other local fees, once your parcel arrives at the borders / goes through customs. This is not covered by NORDIC WOOL ApS.

For our customers in Norway: We have a VOEC registation and you will be charged tax in the check out, but you will not have to pay additional fees or custom when your packade arrive to Norway. 

We reserve the right to update prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold out items.

You can pay with Visa card and  Mastercard. (There is no card fee associated with using the various payment options.)

The amount you have reserved for your trade will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped. Only the amount you have entered or less can be deducted – and only once.

Unless you meet the requirements for free shipping, you must pay shipping to have your goods delivered. Please find information for shipping below. 

 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you have ordered an item from us, you will receive an order confirmation by email as a receipt for our receipt of your order.

If you have not received it, please check your spam filter. Also check that you have not entered the wrong e-mail in your order.

Contact us as soon as possible via hello@nordicwool.com if you have not received an order confirmation.

 

SHIPPING

We are happy to offer global shipping. For all countries except Denmark we use PostNord. For shipping within Denmark we only use GLS. The shipping cost for your  destination will appear in the checkout process, If your preferred shipping destination does not appear  please reach out on hello@nordicwool.com and we will help you. 

 

DELIVERY TIME

At NORDIC WOOL, we strive for fast delivery and ship your order no later than the next working day. we send all orders from Denmark

Should we have a challenge with your order, you will hear from us – either via email or text message.

During extra busy shopping periods (eg Christmas or Black Friday) there may be longer delivery times at the delivery partners we use.

Average delivery times:

– Denmark: 1-3 days

– Nordic countries: 2-5 days

– Europe: 3-5 days

– Rest of world: 5-10 days.

 

Days during 2022 we do not pack and send orders:

  • Weekends and Danish bank Holidays.
  • Easter week (April 8-18)
  • Week 29 and 30 (July 18-31)

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

There is a 30-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.
